Nomura Singapore has reportedly bought 49.90 lakh shares or 1.63% stake of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 17.40 valuing the transaction to Rs 8.67 crore. On the other hand, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA SV has sold 50.10 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 17.41 through open market route.
Ansal Properties & Infrastructure’s business activities include property development for commercial, housing, retail, hospitality, IT SEZ, IT parks and industrial parks.
