Tata Power’s Delhi Distribution circle has won two best practice awards at the 2nd annual conference of India Utility Knowledge & Networking Forum (IUKAN), organized at Le Meridien, Delhi, recently. IUKAN recognizes industry-best practices from the power and water distribution utilities.

The best practice awards have been conferred on Tata Power Delhi Distribution for the following two categories - Customer services and complaint management and Loss reduction, theft control and vigilance.
