Ashoka Buildcon‘s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - Ashoka GVR Mudhol Nipani Roads, incorporated by the Company & GVR Infra Projects wherein the Company holds 51% equity share capital, has executed a Concession Agreement with The Chief Project Officer, Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project (KSHIP ) engaged by Government of Karnataka (Public works Department) for the Project viz. Project No. WAP – 2- Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (DBFOMT) the Existing State Highway (SH18) from Mudhol to Maharashtra Border (Approx length 107.937 Kms) in the State of Karnataka on DBFOMT Annuity Basis .
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
