India Max Investment Fund has reportedly sold 1 lakh shares or 0.73% stake of Lumax Auto Technologies through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 97.50, valuing the transaction to Rs 97.50 lakh.
Lumax Auto Technologies through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lumax DK Auto Industries, is the market leader in Design, Testing and Manufacturing of Parking Brakes & Gear Shift levers in India since the past 10 years with an overall domestic market share of more than 60%.
