IDFC Infrastructure Fund has reportedly offloaded 17.25 lakh shares of Ashoka Buildcon through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 75.50 valuing the transaction to Rs 13.02 crore.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
