Sunil Hitech Engineers’ promoters have increased their stake in the company to 57.84% from 53.20% through conversion of warrants. As on December 31, 2013, the promoters holding in the company stood at 53.20% while institutions and non-institutions held 9.03% and 37.77% stake in the company, respectively.
