Fortis Healthcare (Fortis), India’s largest and fastest growing integrated healthcare delivery provider, has received an approval for purchase of operations of Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh by the company from its subsidiary, Fortis Hospitals on slump sale basis, as a going concern. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 25, 2014, has approved for the same.
