Gati has informed that the Board of Directors of the company approved on March 26, 2014, the allotment of 1,79,900 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company through circular resolution dated March 21, 2014. Consequently, the Equity Share Capital of the Company increased from 8,70,84,187 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 17,41,68,374 to 8,72,64,087 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 17,45,28,174.
