Mac Charles India has received an approval to explore the possibility of restructuring its hotel building viz., Le Meridien-Bangalore and making financial arrangements for the same. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 26, 2014 has approved for the same. At the same time the board has also advised the chairman to find out the legal and Government clearances for the same.
Mac Charles (India), is engaged in the hospitality business with business integrated into the five-star hotel Le Meridien Bangalore. It is part of the global Le Meridien hotel group.
