DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund has offloaded 4.42 lakh shares of Sabero Organics Gujarat through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 118 valuing the transaction to Rs 5.22 crore. On the other hand, Anuj Anantrai Sheth has bought 4.37 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 118, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 5.15 crore.

Sabero Organics Gujarat (SABERO) was established in the year 1991 to manufacture specialty chemicals and intermediates for the crop protection business. Sabero then forward integrated in 1997 into manufacturing crop protection chemicals.
