The company had earlier received an approval whereby the board has accepted the Letter of Approval (LOA) dated December 28, 2013, issued by Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group (CDR EG) approving the Corporate Debt Restructuring proposal submitted by the company.

The company is diversifying this business to provide EPC services to power generation companies and companies in other sectors, including road and telecommunications.
