State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has opened an unique and exclusive housing finance branch in Ernakulam. As of now, no other public sector bank in India operates such a branch anywhere in the country.
It will be a one-stop shop for loan requirements for all housing, interior modification/ beautification plans and other top-up loans for housing. The branch will not do any business other than housing loans and housing business.
