Mirza International has made disinvestment of the company's entire stake of 900 shares in the associate company - Mirza (UK), UK for a total consideration of GBP 8,10,00.00. Recently, the company commenced the regular production of shoes from its newly set up unit (Unit - VI) situated at Greater Noida with effect from July 01, 2011.
Mirza International manufactures and markets leather and leather footwear. The company offers women’s footwear, as well as formal footwear for mobile executives and businessmen. It offers men’s clothing and accessories, including shirts, jackets, denims, tees, and pants/shorts, as well as accessories, such as belts, socks, and wallets.
