Reliance Power's total operational capacity reaches nearly 4000 MW

Reliance Power's total operational capacity has reached nearly 4000 mega watts (MW) after its Butibori power plant in Maharashtra becomes fully operational. Butibori Power Plant (2 x 300 MW) is developed by Vidarbha industries Power, a subsidiary of the Company. Entire output from Butibori Power Plant is being supplied to Reliance Infrastructure, Mumbai Distribution Licensee, under a 25 year long term Power Purchase Agreement.

Reliance Power is a part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and is established to develop, construct and operate power projects domestically and internationally.
