Credit rating agency, CARE has revised the ratings assigned to Parsvnath Privilege by Parsvnath Developers from ‘NCR 4-Star’ to ‘NCR 3-Star’.
The project Parsvnath Privilege is located near Noida-Greater Noida Expressway (four kms) and Pari Chowk (three kms). Also, there is a proposed metro station close to the project. The project is backed by the track record of in-house project team of PDL, and has adequate project amenities and recreational facilities.
Parsvnath Developers has diversified portfolio, which includes, integrated townships, group housing, commercial complexes, hotels, IT parks, among others. The company has total developable area of over 195.82 million square feet across all real estate verticals.
