Laser Diamonds was incorporated as a public limited company on January 6, 1995 and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on February 6, 1995.  The main activity of the company is manufacture of polished diamonds out of rough diamonds. The uncut diamonds, otherwise known as rough diamonds, are procured by the company locally in India through sources in Bombay, Surat, etc. The rough diamonds are then processed and made ready for exports.
