  • 2006: Karnataka Breweries is acquired.
  • 2006: Karnataka Breweries, London Pilsner Breweries and London Draft Pubs is amalgamated into UB.
  • 2007: Greenfield breweries in Chopanki, Rajasthan and Khurda, Odisha commence operations.
