Maxvolt Energy Industries, established in the year 2019, is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries of various range supplied through a diversified sales & distribution mix viz. authorised dealers and distributors and OEMs under its brand name of ‘MaxVolt Energy’ widely used in Electric Vehicles (i.e., E-Scooter, E- Rickshaw, ECycle), Energy Storage and Electronics Gadgets etc. It also manufactures customised batteries packs as per the requirement of manufacturers of different industries. In addition to manufacturing, it is supplier of Graphene Battery packs and Battery Chargers designed and developed by the company in its own brand name. It designates some of dealers and distributors as service centres. These service centers help the company to provide fast and hassle-free service to its dealers and end customers.

Its manufacturing facility is equipped with requisite infrastructure including machinery, other handling equipment to facilitate smooth manufacturing process and easy logistics. It endeavors to maintain safety in its premises by adhering to key safety norms. Further, its factory is equipped with all testing facilities required to ensure that all products meet all the standards and specifications. Its manufacturing process is integrated from procurement of raw materials to final testing. It has in-house testing facility to test its raw materials to match the quality standards.

The company was originally incorporated on May 09, 2019 under the name ‘Maxvolt Energy Industries Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the status of the company was changed to public limited Company and the name of the company was changed to ‘Maxvolt Energy Industries Limited’ vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on June 18, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 27, 2024 by the Centralised Processing Centre.
