About Ashim Investment Company Ltd

Ashim Investment Company (AICL) was founded in 1975 and is based in New Delhi, India. The company’s registered office was at Link House, 4Th Floor, 3 Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi,Delhi-110002.

On November 11, 2008, Ashim Investment Company was acquired by Bengal & Assam Company.

The High Court of Delhi sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation and it become effective on 11th November, 2008. The Appointed Date under the Scheme was 1st April 2007. Amalgamating companies under the scheme were AICL and its 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries and Netflier Finco (NFL) and its 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries as aforesaid while amalgamated company under the scheme was Bengal & Assam Company.
