The registered office of the company is located at Worli, Mumbai.In 2011 the company changed its name from RPG Itochu Finance Ltd. to Summit Securities Ltd.

The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture, supply and constructs power transmission lines. The Group has a client base spread over 20 countries and over 75% of its projects are executed overseas, having presence in Middle East and Africa.

The company entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Neptune group and sold its immovable property situated in Kurla, Mumbai for Rs 912,222,000 to Neptune Realtors in February 2007.

Subsidiary Company :  KEC Holdings is a subsidiary of the company

The company`s assets consists mainly of land in Mumbai and investments in its subsidiary KEC Holdings. The company also has investments in various companies like CEAT, RPG, Harrisons Malyalam and others.
