About Valley Abrasives Ltd

Valley Abrasives Ltd was incorporated on March 5, 1991 as a public limited company in the name of Valley Abrasives Limited in the State of West Bengal. The certificate of commencement of business was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, on February 21, 1992.

The company has been promoted by Bajrang Prasad Agarwal and Deepak Agarwal. The unit has been set up in Chirkunda for manufacturing high quality Abrasive Grains with an installed capacity of 11,000 T.P.A. These grains are used in the manufacture of Refractory Bricks, Mullite Bricks and Abrasives.

Due to the loss suffered during the year 1999-2000, the company submitted its revival proposal to IDBI as Operating Agency by BIFR.
