Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited was originally incorporated as ‘Quality Power Electrical Equipments Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 20, 2001, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra. The name of the company was subsequently changed to ‘Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited’, upon conversion into a public company, pursuant to a board resolution dated February 15, 2024, and a shareholders’ resolution dated March 23, 2024, and a certificate of change of name was issued on June 14, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Pune.
