Innocorp is a result of an untiring and focused tryst of a young team, whose sole aim was to excel and excel. With this being the cornerstone of their philosophy, under the guidance of the CEO / Chief Promoter, Prasad VSS Garapati, Innocorp has achieved today’s rock solid position amongst the peers.

Garapati as a chief promoter floated a public limited company Innosoft Technologies Limited, formerly known as Innovations International Exim Limited on  September 21, 1994. In 2006 the company’s name was changed to Innocorp and apart from its core business is also providing total infrastructural services for Power Transmission & Distribution sector like the power cable manufacturing and laying of LT & HT lines.

From the modest beginnings in 90s Innocorp has grown to achieve a turnover of Rs.300 million in the previous financial year. This, compared on YOY basis, represents an impressive growth of 600%. This was feasibly only due to the diversification of the company into profitable greenfield areas.With innovative mindset and untiring efforts, today, Innocorp can say that with all certainty their efforts have yielded impressive harvest and it’s a forward looking and growth oriented conglomerate today

Different divisions of the company:

  • Plastic Division- Innoplast Limited is the flagship company of Innocorp Ltd., having its registered office in Hyderabad, India. The Company offers a suite of manufacturing facilities to cater to various needs of plastic industries. the company is having two-injection molding machines of L&T Demag make with 350 Ton, 500 Ton and 850 Ton capacities. These machines are fully engaged for manufacturing of Tupperware products and plastic furniture for various customers.
  • Power Infrastructure- Innocorp has entered in to a contract manufacturing agreement with Gem CABLES AND CONDUCTORS LIMITED after recognizing a need for an unfailing and dependable Power transmission to sustain the tempo of growing industrialization. It manufactures wide range of products, like AAAC, ACSR and Alloy Conductors for Power Transmission, XLPE Cables for operating Voltages up to 33000 Volts, PVC Cables for operating voltages up to 1100 Volts, Mining Cables, Aerial Bunched Cables, Control Cables etc., as per the Standards (BIS, British Standards (BS), American Standards (ASTM), IEC, depending on the requirement of the customer in India, and Abroad.
  • International Trading- Innocorp’s trading division is based in Dubai, UAE and have affiliate offices, partners and representatives spanning across the globe in the UK, USA, China & Russia. Innocorp is regularly dealing with the commodities market, offering quality products at unbeatable prices.

Future Plans:

  • On the frontiers, Innocorp is in very active dialogue with various gulf based investors to establish a power cable manufacturing plant at UAE.
  • Innocorp is also in the process of entering the field of Real Estate and construction, which is zooming northward. The company is entering into MOUs with various NRIs’ and corporates from the Gulf in this regard.
