About Shukun Construction Ltd

Shukun Construction was originally incorporated as a private limited company on March 12, 1993 with the Registrar Of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad and was subsequently converted into a public limited company in terms of the resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 1, 1995 and a certificate to this effect has been obtained from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on August 23, 1995.

Shukun Construction is based in Vadodara, India.

Business areas of the company:

The company is presently engaged in the business of real estate development and construction in the city of Ahmedabad. It has already completed four residential projects on development basis.
