Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 (“Companies Actâ€) on August 18, 1995, with the name ‘Trimax Computers Private Limited’. Thereafter, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the extraordinary general meeting dated February 17, 2005, the Company was converted into a public company and a certificate of change of name was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra (“RoCâ€) on March 30, 2005. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extraordinary general meeting dated March 1, 2008, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted by the RoC on April 21, 2008. Promoters of the Company are Surya Prakash Madrecha, Chandra Prakash Madrecha, Pratik Technologies Private Limited,Shrey Technologies Private Limited And Standard Fiscal Markets Private Limited.
It is one of the few IT companies in India that provide cloud computing services, data centre services, IT Infrastructure solutions and services and turnkey solutions coupled with on-site support across India. It offer a comprehensive range of IT services to its customers divided into its Enterprise Solutions and Managed IT Services businesses. Enterprise Solutions include customised solutions such as compute infrastructure solutions, network infrastructure solutions and software solutions and the integration of three solutions as turnkey solutions. Managed IT Services include managed network services (MNS), cloud computing, data centre services, facility management services (FMS), virtual private servers (VPS) and web design and hosting.
It have partnerships with BSNL, pursuant to which It provide -last-mile- connectivity, which is the connection between the exchange and the end-user office, and certain other value-added IT services in relation to BSNL‘s telecommunication infrastructure. It operates a state-of-the-art, Tier-III compliant data centre using a facility owned by ITI, a manufacturer and supplier of telecommunication products. It also provides the expertise and services required for the implementation of e-governance processes and the automation of many public services with a focus on the transport and excise verticals.

2009- Investment by BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC in the Company, by way of subscription of 100 Equity Shares and 2,523 compulsorily convertible debentures of Rs 100,000 each issued by the Company.Awarded ISO 27001:2005 accreditation for the information security management system of theCompany located at 3rd Floor, Universal Mill Building, Mehra Estate, L.B.S. Road, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai 400 079.Establishment of the ITI Data Centre.
2010 - Investment by ZP II Trimax Limited and Mr. Mukul Gulati, as the trustee of ZP II Trimax Co- Investment Trust in the Company, by way of subscription of 373 Equity Shares and 4499 compulsorily convertible debentures of Rs 100,000 each issued by the Company.Awarded contract to provide integrated Managed IT Services to Rajasthan State Beverages Corporation Limited (RSBCL), Rajasthan State Excise Department (RESD) and Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills (RSGSM).
2011- Incorporation of the Subsidiary, Trimax Managed Services Limited. Allotment of 2,391,242 Equity Shares to BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC at an issue price of Rs 105.51 per Equity Share, pursuant to the conversion of 2,523 compulsorily convertible debentures of Rs 100,000 each held by it.
Allotment of 1,676,587 Equity Shares to ZP II Trimax Limited and Mr. Mukul Gulati, trustee of ZP II Trimax Co-Investment Trust at an issue price of Rs 268.34 per Equity Share, pursuant to the conversion of 4,499 compulsorily convertible debentures of Rs 100,000 each held by them.
