In House Productions (IHPL) was incorporated in 1993. In House was started to capitalize on the growing demand for 'quality' programming of the mushrooming satellite channels. The office premise is located in Mumbai, the hearth of India's media & entertainment Industry. Today In House is one among the top premier production houses in India and is one of the few production houses with integrated production facilities.

IHPL is a subsidiary of World Media Group Pte Ltd. ('WMG') a media company registered in Singapore. WMG is the holding company for subsidiaries in Asia Pacific media-related businesses. World Media Group, a Singapore based parent company, is a major participant in the regional media business with significant presence in the Indian Films and Television industry. The other group companies are New Age Entertainment and Vans Information Medico.

WMG believes it has the right infrastructure and vehicle to drive the Media business in the Region. WMG is poised to produce local language films including Mandarin and English for the South-East Asian and the Chinese audience. WMG has presented 'Dim Sum Dollies in Steaming' in 2003, a stage production well received and talked about at the local theatre scene.

In House has built up a vast infrastructure for a total production environment for television software, documentaries, TV commercials, music videos and feature films for local, regional and international production.

On 16th March 2007 the Mumbai High Court had approved the Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation between In House Productions Private Limited (Demerged Company), In House Creations Private Limited (Transferor Company)  and In House Productions Limited (formerly Vans Information Limited) with its members and creditors and which became effective on 31st March 2007 on filing of Form No 21 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

In House Productions is a 'One Stop Shop' for all the television production needs. It provides a myriad of services for the smooth and efficient utilization of resources that go in to making audiovisual products.

• Main Shooting Floor An 8,000 sq. ft. air conditioned and completely soundproof main shooting floor with level oxidized flooring. It is specially built for TV Software production, with live sound recording facilities and state-of-the-art acoustics best shooting floor. The floor is ideal for game show, talk show and features shooting. The studio is complemented by four air conditioned make up rooms and two large video and audio control rooms. The floor has a built in cat walk facility.
• Matte Shooting Floor A 2,000 sq. ft. air conditioned and soundproof matte shooting floor. Green, blue, black and white backgrounds are available to shoot anchor and VJ based shows. The room is complemented by an air conditioned make up room.
• Digital Audio Recording Studio The core of the digital audio recording consists of Pro- Tools V.1 Digital Audio Workstation and Paris Digital Audio Workstation with digital mixer Yamaha O2R that is comparable to some of the best recording studios in Mumbai. The recording suite is spacious and totally soundproof to ensure the best recording quality.
• Non-Linear Offline Edit Systems The non-linear editing system consists of two data translation inc. Media 100 version 7 software running on power Macintosh computer, one Edit Plus version 6 with combustion software, one Avid Composer with Avid Mojo SDI and one FCP Studio 2, version PRO6. The installed configuration is capable of doing on line editing for broadcast but is intended to be used as offline editing system.
• Linear Editing System In House Productions has installed AB roll beta edit suite with DFS 500 switcher, necessary beta recorders and beta players of broadcast quality, which takes care of mastering most of in house television shows.

TV. shows- IHPL has bought to the Indian television successful array of studio-based shows which have redefined stand up comedies and scale of the formatted shows, such as:

- Movers & Shakers: an iconic IHPL production that initiated the concept of standup in the Indian television scenario, ran for over 500 episodes.

- Jeeto Chappad Phaad Ke: a very large canvas studio game show hosted by bollywood's successful actor govinda, boasting an audience presence of over 300+ people.

- Bachke Rehna Sara Sambhalke : a state of art, highly technical driven and pulsating game show, for which ihpl received accolades from the original format sources for its execution.

- Harmony: still continues on its repeat runs due to its immense viewing pleasure. The company since its inception has produced over 2800 hrs of television content

The company has successfully executed corporate /product information packages for Indian oil in terms of radio spots, AV for a lubricant manufacturing multinational, a dubai based dairy company's product information. In addition, discussions with other clients have been encouraging and it believes, it can create a distinct niche for itself in the market for ads, corporate videos, and a/v's. Its ability to access international resources and talent also contributes significantly to setting it apart from competition Ad films & corporate films as a revenue generating area enable effective utilization of existing creative development management & execution abilities of the company. It has successfully sourced many highly successful films for the television channels. It hold the perpetual entire world hindi and north Indian language rights of the films like: Dil Vil Pyar Vyaar, Satta, Teen Deewarein, Ramji Londonwale, Tirupathi Shri Balaji, Shri Raghavendra, Bloodstone, Meera, Abbay Garu, Chinna Abbayi, Nyayam Meere Chappali, Thai Illamal Naan Illai, Anbukku Naan Adimai, Jodi, Kaadal Kavithai, Aayudham etc., A large number of films are under negotiations for sourcing options.
