Odyssey Video Communications was incorporated in September 1993. It is part of the MAA Group, which has business activities in communications with specialized companies covering brand and corporate advertising, healthcare advertising, direct marketing and retail solutions.
Specializing in advertising and print production, the main activities of the company comprises production of television serials, advertising and corporate films. It has developed various programs for Zee, and Doordarshan (national and regional). New lines of work are being probed into to enable increasing the bottomline. Odyssey Video Communications has been suspended from the BSE on account of non-compliance with listing agreement clauses.
