About JTL Defence Ltd

RCI Industries was incorporated as “Rameshchand Industries” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated January 7, 1992. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to “RCI Industries & technologies” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2000.

RCI Industries is over Rs 250 crore diversified turnover conglomerate, which is committed towards high quality products and credit with several innovations over last twenty one years. The company further consolidated its position in the last five years through successful forays into diversified sectors like trading of all types of ferrous and Non ferrous Metals such as Copper Wires, ingot, scrap, power cables and other related items used in various electrical and industrial applications. Company also exports Indian Handicrafts especially metal based.

The company operates as an important intermediary in the Metals Supply Chain whereby its import/purchase materials such as Annealed/Un-Annealed Copper Wires, Bunched Copper Wires, Aluminium Wires etc from various suppliers and supply the same to customers in the Metal Business. Its product portfolio offers a diversified product range which includes variety of grades, thickness, widths and standards, in of all types of ferrous and Non ferrous Metals according to customer specifications. The company is one of the leading companies engaged in the sphere of offering and exporting Copper Wires which include Annealed Copper Wire, Bunched Copper Wire Ropes and Copper Ingots, which are used in different electrical and industrial applications. With experience of more than 21 years in the sphere of trading and exporting Copper Wires, the company understand current market trends and demand that has enabled it  to cater various industries such as manufacturing units, industries, automobile & engineering industry.

Products

Annealed /Un-Annealed Copper Wire: The Company is a leading exporter providing a finds its applications in different industries. Annealed Copper Wire is quality tested on varied parameter. Due to its high quality in conduction, the demand for this product is high.

Bunched Copper Wire:  The company provides  high tolerance Bunched Copper Wire Ropes that compensate for vibration, expansion and contractions. Its Bunched Copper Wire Ropes are used for various electrical and industrial purposes. These Bunched Copper Wire Ropes are used as connectors due to its flexibility and strength. Being kink-free, these could be tied in a knot like rope patterns at the insulator.

Copper Ingots: The company is a leading company engaged in manufacturing and exporting Copper Ingots, which resemble large bricks, are cast from remelted cathode or refined scrap. These Copper Ingots find their applications in tube mills that are used to operate small melting furnaces. It is globally appreciated as renowned manufacturer and supplier of Copper Ingots. Copper, which is an excellent conductor of heat, is used to make ingots for being malleable and ductile.

Aluminum Wires: The company offers offer a wide range of Aluminum Wires which are manufactured from high qaulity raw material and it also finds its applications in different industries. Its high quality double paper covered aluminium wires reel are manufactured as per IS specifications to provide optimum performance to the electrical appliances. This product is known for providing high performance and are widely used by the various manufacturers of electrical product

Continuous Cast Copper Rods: The company is a leading exporting company providing a wide range of continuous cast copper rods that finds its applications in different industries. Due to its high quality in conduction, it is appreciated in the market and is high in demand. These rods are primarily used in construction, cement industry, ship building industry and allied commercial setups. Moreover, these can be easily modified in accordance with client requirement and are delivered within stipulated time frame.

Copper Cathodes: The company offers a quality Copper Cathode that is known for its high level of copper concentration. High concentration of copper in the copper cathode scraps makes sure its wide applications in engineering, railway and in electronic industry. These are offered in the bundles containing sheets strapped together. The number of sheets in the bundle can be specified by clients as per their requirement.

Electric Distribution Transformer Scrap: The Company imports all types of electric distribution transformer scraps that have gained huge appreciation in the market for their exclusive features. Its entire range is procured from trustworthy source to avoid any kind of discrepancies at any point of time from the clients end.

Electric Motor Scrap:  The Company offers electric motor scraps which are highly acclaimed for its high tensile strength and longevity features. These electric motor scrap are recycled to fabricate unadulterated copper goods, tools and are extensively used for engineering and the railway field. It provides varied types of electric motor scrap as per the customers’ requirements.
