Mukesh Steels was incorporated as a private limited company on August 29, 1981 as Mukesh Steels Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956. The company was converted into a public limited company on October 9, 1987 and the name was subsequently changed to Mukesh Steels Limited. The original promoters were Joginder Pal Gupta and Rishva Rani Gupta.

The company was established to carry on the business of Rollers and Re-rollers of all kinds of Metals and all types of alloys and the manufacturing of steels of all kinds including stainless steel, sheet metal (Ferrous and Non-Ferrous) alloys and special steels from melting scrap and sponge iron with the help of electric arc, or induction furnaces and to deal in iron and steel of all kinds and to do the business of iron melting, steel makers, steel converters, smelters tin plates makers and iron founders, alloy and steel castings, steel rolling mills in all their respective branches and to search for work, make merchantable, sell and deal in iron steel, iron stone, iron ore, iron scrap, and other metals minerals and substances.

Mukesh Steels is the largest importers, stock holders & suppliers for the following materials:stainless steel, sheet, plates, coils, tubes, pipes, rods, wires, flats, structural, fittings, flanges etc.Confirming to TP-202, 304, 304L, 309, 310, 310S, 316, 316S, 316TI, 321, 410, 430, 904L.Nickle, Monel, Inconel,Titanium & all high Nickel grades. All items in brass, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, mild steel & boiler quality (bq) items.

They are regularly supplying these items to many leading industrial units consisting of chemicals, fertilizers, petrochemical plants, refineries, paper mills, cement plants, sugar mill, fabrication units etc.

They also supply these items especially stainless steel sheets/ plates/ coils/ pipes to engineering industries who are engaged in the manufacture and fabrication of Process Equipment.
