Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 06, 2021 the Object of the Company was changed vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 4, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 6, 2021 the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 11,2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2022 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 18, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Further pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 08, 2023 the name of the Company was changed to Avax Apparels and Ornaments Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 15, 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
