About Vishal Exports Overseas Ltd

Vishal Exports Overseas was formed as a partnership firm in the name of Vishal Export in the year 1988 and was subsequently converted in to public company on March 6, 1995, under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956, with the main object of carrying on the business of import and various commodities and products.

The company is in the business of imports and exports of various commodities. The company mainly exports agro-products such as soya bean meal, deoiled cakes of rapeseeds and other oil seeds, sesame seeds, Frozen foods, garments, wheat flour etc. and other commodities vitamins, chemicals, precious metals, edible oils, etc. The company earned the status of ‘Trading House’ in the year 1995-96 and recognition as ‘Star Trading House’ in the year 1997-98 from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, New Delhi, on the basis of actual performance.

  • 1997-98 Best Exporter (commodity group of basic chemicals, cotton made ups and agro products) by Industries Commissioner, Govt. of Gujarat  
  • 1998-99 Third Highest Exporter of Soya Meal in private sector on all india basis by  Soyabean Oil Processors Association (SOPA) Indore M.P.   
  • 1998-99 Trophy for export in commodity group of ready made garments, basic chemicals and cotton by Industries Commissioner, Govt. of Gujarat
