About Nexxus Petro Industries Ltd

Nexxus Petro Industries Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name and style of ‘Nexxus Petro Industries Private Limited’ on October 5, 2021. Thereafter, the company was converted in to a public limited company ‘M/s. Nexxus Petro Industries Limited’ on July 18, 2023 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act and fresh a certificate of Incorporation dated July 18, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies.

Nexxus Petro Industries is engaged in trading, manufacturing and selling of Petrochem products namely Bitumen products. Its product is widely used in infrastructure sector being road construction industry. Its range of products includes various grades of Bitumen which are classified on the base of viscosity and related properties of each grades. It procures bitumen via imports from Dubai as well as purchase from other domestic importers/sellers in India. The company holds BIS and ISO certification for its products and process. The company’s products are supplied to its customers as per the quantity ordered. Over the years, it has developed expertise and upgraded its processing unit by adding required machineries and equipment, which has helped it to boost its production capacity, grades and the quality of its products. It endeavors to maintain safety in its premises by adhering to key safety norms, established through its internal safety protocols. It has well equipped testing laboratory.

The Company is led by its Managing Director, Haresh Mohanlal Senghani and its Whole Time Directors, Rahul Mohanlal Senghani. They are involved in the critical aspects of its business, including expansion, processes, plant management, finance, sales and marketing functions. It constantly engages with its customers through marketing via personal interactions with them. Its sales team works closely with its customers to obtain their insights and feedbacks about the upcoming trends in the industry which enables it to develop and improve its products to fulfil the requirements of the market.
