The company has recently entered into the business of real estate. The chairman of Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate Company is Saurabh Kumar Tayal and the managing director is Gaurav Mohinderlal Aggarwal. The corporate office of the company is in Mumbai and its registered office is in Gujarat.

Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate plans to expand and diversify into the sectors of foam manufacture, shirting and cotton sheeting, terry towel, and also extend its current facilities for weaving. The company plans to extend its textile fabric and yarn spinning processing facilities. Jaybharat Real Estate and Textiles envisages installing 75,600 spindles, which will have an output of around 10,700 TPA and will manufacture cotton yarn.

Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate’s project for real estate is coming up in Vapi. The company is constructing a shopping mall, banquet hall, 3-star hotel, auditorium and multiplexes. The net sales of Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate amounted to Rs. 518.26 million in 20005-2006 and the next year the figure amounted to Rs. 994.2 million. The net profit of the company amounted to Rs. 64.93 million in 2005-2006 which increased to Rs. 149.5 million within the next year.
