Further to its letters dated February 2, 2023 and February 28, 2023, wherein the Company had informed BSE on the decision of the Board of Directors approving Postal Ballot Notice and Schedule thereof, with the subject matter being seeking approval from the Members of the Company for passing of Special resolution through remote e-Voting for the appointment/reappointment/extension of term of appointment of H P Ledwani as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) beginning from May 1, 2023 and ending on March 31, 2024. In this regard, Ador Fontech has submitted the Postal Ballot Notice. The Company through the aegis of National Securities Depository (NSDL) will be sending the same today through electronic mode to the Members who have registered their e-mail IDs with the Company/R&T Agent/Depositories as on the Cut-off-date being March 3, 2023. The Voting on the Special Resolution will commence from Saturday March 11, 2023 at 9 am and end on Sunday April 9, 2023 at 5 pm.
