Sayaji Hotels has received an approval to give corporate guarantee of amount not exceeding Rs 24 crore in favor of State Bank of India (SBI), on behalf of wholly owned subsidiary of the company ‘Malwa Hospitality’. The board of directors at its meeting held on April 09, 2014 has approved for the same.
