Walchandnagar Industries plans to enter into a Joint Venture (JV) Arrangement with Atomenergomash (AEM), open Joint Stock Company and Atomstroy export (ASE), Joint Stock Company, Russia to jointly explore and evaluate various business opportunities in the field of manufacture and supply of components for nuclear power projects. The company has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to this effect, while the details of the joint venture agreement are presently being worked out.
