Bharat Gears has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2014, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 & consider the recommendation of Final Dividend for the financial year 2013-14, if any. In purview of the above, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,1992, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from May 10, 2014 to May 29, 2014.
