Vijay Shanthi Builders’ project Park Avenue (Phase I) is fully sold out. The project value of Park Avenue is about Rs 95 crore and it is located at Melakottaiyor Village in Chennai comprising of about 4,18,678 sq.ft of built up area, consisting of about 469 apartments. The company would be handling over the flats from June 2012.
Recently, the company’s project ‘Infiniti’ worth Rs 110 crore located at Chettipedu village, Sri Perumbudur in Chennai is fully sold out. The project comprised of about 4,10,188 square feet of built up area, consisting of about 588 apartments.
