Mahindra Lifespace Developers launches its new business vertical ‘Happinest’

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the $16.5 billion Mahindra Group, launched its new business vertical ‘Happinest’ focused on making quality housing at affordable prices accessible to a wider cross-section of people.

Happinest is aimed at families having a current, combined monthly income of Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month. The first two projects will be launched soon in Chennai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region. These projects would be priced at under Rs 20 lakh and be delivered to the customer in a year’s time after launch.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) is the real estate and infrastructure development subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). At present, M&M holds 51% of the equity share capital of MLDL. MLDL has two main lines of businesses - standalone real estate development and development of integrated business cities.
