Phoenix Mills slides as Nordea Sicav sells 15 lakh company shares

Phoenix Mills is currently trading at Rs. 320.00, down by 6.50 points or 1.99 % from its previous closing of Rs. 326.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 329.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 329.00 and Rs. 319.40 respectively. So far 3784 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 331.75 on 25-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 185.00 on 03-Sep-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 331.75 and Rs. 287.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4635.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.95 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.01 % and 7.04 % respectively.

Nordea 1 Sicav Emerging Consumer Fund has offloaded 15 lakh shares of Phoenix Mills through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 303.30 valuing the transaction to Rs 45.49 crore.
