Sayaji Hotels’ stake in Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has been reduced from 54.70% to 47.41%. This is pursuant to Barbeque-Nation Hospitality allotting 22,52,124 equity shares and resulting this allotment the stake of the company has reduced.
Earlier, Sayaji Hotels had transferred the company’s brand name ‘Barbeque-Nations’ to wholly owned subsidiary, Barbeque-Nations Hospitality (BNHL). Both the company had inked an agreement in this regard.
Sayaji Hotels was incorporated in April 1982 as a private limited company as Monali Land & Housing Company which was converted into a public limited company in April 1987 and commenced its operations in January 1990.
