Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult has received an approval to open a 100% subsidiary of the company in India. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 05, 2014 has approved for the same. The board also approved to issue up to one crore shares to the investors on preferential basis.
Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult has already set up a shrimp hatchery with an annual production capacity of 80 million P Mondon shrimp seeds. The hatchery has commenced commercial production.
