With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 29, 2014 regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2014, Mahindra CIE Automotive has now informed that the figures mentioned in Part II of the results for public shareholding were correctly mentioned in the Quarter Ended Column for March 31, 2014. However for the year ended column of March 31, 2014 the Public Shareholding figure indicated were 18,916,279 (20.51%), instead of the correct figure of 19,012,664 (20.59%). The promoter percentages indicated in the same column was 79.49% instead of the correct percentage of 79.41%. Further, the non-encumbered shareholding percentage is 100% and the same is correctly mentioned in the results.
