Rollatainers enters into food business through its subsidiary

Rollatainers has entered into food business through its wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hospitality. Carnation has entered into a joint venture agreement with International Market Management (IMM) pursuant to which both Carnation and IMM hold 50% each in Dolomite Restaurants.

This joint venture Company -- Dolomite -- has entered into a development agreement with Jamie’s Italian International to operate Jamie’s Italian brand restaurants across India. The first Jamie’s Italian restaurant was opened in 2008 in Oxford, England. There are now 35 Jamie's Italian outlets in the UK, as well as nine international restaurants from Sydney to Dublin.

Carnation has also entered into business purchase agreements with Welgrow Hotel Concepts, which owns and operates Sartoria and Kylin. Kylin operates a range of world class restaurants under Kylin Premier, Kylin Experience, KylinSkybar, Go Kylin and Kylin Express brand names. Sartoria operates high quality Italian restaurants.

In addition, Carnation has entered into business purchase agreements with Mapple Hospitality, which owns and operates Mapple Foods. Mapple Foods is an all day dining multi-cuisine restaurant that operates across the Mapple Hotels.

Rollatainers has a longstanding presence in the consumer packaging industry and in particular, as a supplier to the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The company has a track record of successfully partnering with its high profile FMCG customers.
