Jaya Hind Investments has increased its stake in Force Motors through purchase of 4.2 lakh shares from the market on July 31 in a bulk deal valued at Rs 23.10 crore. With a total of 72.68 lakh shares, Jaya Hind Investments now holds 55.16% of the paid-up equity capital of the company. Prior to this deal, Jay Hind’s holding stood at 68.48 lakh shares in the company.
