Happinest is located in Avadi, one of the fastest growing suburbs of Chennai, with proximity to social infrastructure such as the railway station, bus stands, schools, colleges, markets and hospitals. Spread over 13 acres, Happinest will be home to 1200+ families. The development consists of 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 396 square feet to 677 square feet.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) is the real estate and infrastructure development subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). At present, M&M holds 51% of the equity share capital of MLDL.
