Surya Industrial Corporation’s members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 31, 2011, have approved the Balance Sheet as at June 30, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Directors' and Auditors' thereon.
The board re-appointed Rahul Jain, Director of the Company who retired by rotation and also re-appointed M/s. KKJ & Associates., Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
