An ordinary resolution under section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 and in accordance with section 192A of the act and the companies Rules 2011, to accord approval for transfer of stamping business of the company to a 50:50 joint venture company , to be incorporated with Sistemi Sospensioni S.p.A was passed.
