Bajaj Holdings and Investment, the holding company of the Bajaj Group, has offloaded around three-fourth of the shares it owned in Force Motors. Bajaj Holdings has sold 16.56-lakh of the 21-lakh shares it held in the company for between Rs 436 and Rs 592 a piece, fetching it about Rs 91 crore.
Force Motors is a fully vertically integrated automobile company, with expertise in design, development and manufacture of the full spectrum of automotive components, aggregates and vehicles.
