Gokak Textiles has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2014, have resolved to change the next financial year covering a period of 6 months from October 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015 to align the financial year, as per the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to be ended on the 31st March, every year. As is known, the current financial year of the Company is from October 01, 2013 to September 30, 2014.
